Cindy Greenway
Lead Trainer & Founder
Cindy took a leap of faith in 2003 when she started her Virtual Assistant business, only six months after the birth of her first son. It wasn't until late 2002 that she even learned of the term Virtual Assistant.
Since the start of her business Cindy has worked with highly respected and successful online-based business owners by implementing and managing technology, automating and streamlining various processes, overseeing and managing current marketing strategies, building a virtual team, and contributing to the development of new products, programs and services.
In the last few years, Cindy has devoted much of her business to training Virtual Assistants. Her recent book "Virtually Successful: 8 Simple Ways for Virtual Assistants to Find (and Keep) Clients" is a must read for Virtual Assistants who want to build their business with great clients. Cindy also manages the Multiple Streams Team of VAs.
Cindy loves her work and is passionate about the Virtual Assistant profession. Nothing satisfies her more than training and mentoring others as well as supporting the growth of the industry by educating the business community. She lives on beautiful Vancouver Island with her husband Kevin, and two sons, Nico and Jacob.

Tina Forsyth
Lead Trainer & Founder
Tina’s first foray into the business world was at age 8, when she used her trusty tape recorder to create a radio commercial for her family’s rental business. (Funnily enough they didn’t use it.) Since then, she has been a ‘Jill of all Trades’ working in everything from marketing to recruiting for businesses big and small. For the past six years she has helped to launch, build and manage over seven 6-figure online businesses.
She is author of Becoming an Online Business Manager: Playing a Bigger Role with your Clients (and Yourself) and co-author of Money Meaning and Beyond, Pink Spoon Marketing (both with Andrea Lee). Tina is a Partner in the Hot Skills VA Training program, found of the International Association of Online Business Managers and creator of the Certified Online Business Manager program.
As CEO of OnlineBusinessManager.com, Tina writes and consults in advanced online marketing and business systems for business owners and their support teams.
When you can drag her away from her computer you can find Tina at home in Lethbridge, Alberta with her husband Dan, daughters Samantha and Alexandra, and noisy cat Shadow.

Amy Taggart

Amy is the owner of Design Formare, a web & graphic design firm located in Seattle, WA. She has been doing web design for 10 years and has been working as a VA since 2006. So she brings the 'best of both worlds' to the table - great web design skills and the experience of being a VA for her clients.
Amy has worked with a variety of clients, doing everything from blog design, logo design to full on 'from scratch' design of new websites. She has clients worldwide and in a variety of industries, and is the go-to-gal for us as well as many of our own clients when it comes to website design.
Michelle Schoen
Trainer - Video, Webinar & Podcasting Course
Michelle Schoen is a full-time Virtual Assistant with over 10 years of experience in Designing E-learning, Creating Video Tutorials and Website Design. She has two Masters Degrees; one in Instructional Design and one in Project Management. Before becoming a VA her career included six years as a Website Designer and E-learning Specialist with AT&T and four years as a Project Manager of an Instructional Technology team at IBM.
Michelle Schoen started out as an Internet Marketing Virtual Assistant two years ago when she began getting some requests from existing clients to help them set up Webinars. After taking a look around the VA industry and noticing there were not many VAs offering this skill she began to promote this service.
Now via her company VADemoGirl.com, she has added screencasting, video editing and Podcasting to the mix and focuses almost exclusively in those areas. She believes the video work out there now is just the beginning of a wave of need for entrepreneurs who are excited about getting into this type of Internet Marketing.
Sandra De Freitas

Sandra is a top tech coach, speaker, trainer and expert in internet technology. She is the founder of TechCoachForCoaches.com, a successful coaching, consulting and training firm.
Her clients include coaches, entrepreneurs, small business owners, online business owners and health care professionals.
Clients love to work with Sandra because of her expertise. However, they also enjoy her sense of humour, compassion, focus, her business savvy, and her unique ability to make technology easy to use and understand.
Sandra is the author of 'Does this Blogsite make my Wallet Look Fat? - a simple how-to guide for setting up Wordpress based websites. And since the launch of the Wishlist Member system she has eagerly dove in and learned it inside out for her clients.
She is our go-to-gal for all things Wordpress & Wishlist Member and we are simply thrilled to have her join us for this training!
